We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges.


Return Terms

  • Return requests must be submitted within 21 days of the shipping confirmation email date.
  • Returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of perfume, deodorant, or other odors.
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact; the item must be in the same condition as it was when it was received.


Items Not Accepted for Return

  • Final Sale items, including discounted items and clearance items;
  • Bodysuits or intimate apparel;
  • Items not purchased on Artumbrlla.com;
  • Any other items that do not meet the above conditions.

All returned items will be quality inspected before a refund is issued. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.


Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. The return fee is calculated per package, not per item.

The specific fee will be based on international standards and will be confirmed when you submit your return request.


Return Process

  • Please contact our Customer Service team at info@artumbrlla.com to submit your return request.
  • Wait for Customer Service to confirm return eligibility and the return address. Items returned without our approval will not be accepted.
  • You may use the original shipping packaging or choose other suitable packaging.
  • Please select a trackable carrier to ensure the safe and intact return of your item.

Once we receive the item and complete a quality inspection, we will promptly notify you of the return status via email.


Refund Policy

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive a refund status email and can monitor the progress at any time on the Return Status page.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the bank and payment method.


Exchange Policy

Exchange requests must be submitted within 21 days of the shipping confirmation email date. Only unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with tags and labels intact will be accepted. Exchanges for the same item's size or color are limited to the same item and are subject to stock availability. Exchanges will not be accepted if the desired size or color is out of stock. Each item is limited to one exchange.


Process:

Contact customer service at info@artumbrlla.com to submit your request;

Send the original item back and have it inspected;

We will ship your replacement item;

Once the new item has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.


We recommend that you retain the tracking number when sending your return package so you can track its progress.
