When will my order ship?
We work to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are processed the following business day.
During periods of high order volume (such as during promotions or the holiday shopping season), processing and shipping times may be longer. We strive to minimize wait times and will notify you by email if any delays occur.
When will my order arrive?
After your order ships, you can estimate the delivery time based on the shipping method you selected:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days (excluding processing time).
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days. If you require expedited service, please contact our customer service team.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on courier capacity, weather conditions, or the destination.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- The name of the courier
- The tracking number and corresponding link
You can click the link in the email to check the shipping status. Sometimes emails may end up in your spam folder, so please be sure to add our email address to your safe contacts list.
What if I want to change my order after placing it?
Currently, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they've been submitted. However, if you discover an error in the information you provided when placing your order, or if you need urgent adjustments, please contact us as soon as possible at info@artumbrlla.com. We'll do our best to assist you as needed, but we can't guarantee that all changes will be accepted.
Can I ship to an address different from my billing address?
Of course! After registering an Artumbrlla account, you can:
- Add one or more shipping addresses;
- Select a shipping address different from your billing address during checkout;
- Save frequently used shipping addresses for quick selection on your next order.
Why did my order require multiple shipments?
Possible reasons for multiple shipments:
- The items you purchased are large and cannot be combined in one package;
- Some items may be shipped from different warehouses;
- To ensure faster delivery, we prioritize items that are already in stock. You will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails, each containing the corresponding package tracking number and a product list.
What payment methods does Artumbrlla accept?
We accept multiple payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard). All transactions are secure and encrypted for your protection.
What is Artumbrlla's exchange policy?
We currently offer only one exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is in new, unused condition;
- The item's tags and packaging are intact;
- The original proof of purchase is provided;
- The request is made within 21 days of receiving the item.

What is Artumbrlla's Return Policy?
Artumbrlla accepts returns. Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags intact and in good condition for resale, and accompanied by the original Artumbrlla receipt issued within 21 days of purchase.
What is Artumbrlla's refund policy?
Once we receive your return and confirm its eligibility, we'll notify you of the status via email and on our returns page. Once your return is approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that bank processing times may vary, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
How can I update my email or mailing address?
You can log in to your account at any time and edit or delete your email or mailing address in the "My Account" page. You can also set a default shipping address for faster ordering.
What if I forgot my password?
Please click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and enter the email address you registered with. We'll send you an email to help you reset your password. For security reasons, we won't send old passwords directly or to any address other than your registered email address.
