We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. You'll see the estimated delivery time and method at checkout.
Where can I view my order?
You can check the status of your order in the following ways:
a. Email Notifications:
- After placing an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email.
- When your order ships, you'll receive a second email with the tracking number and a real-time tracking link, allowing you to easily check the shipping progress.
b. Personal Account:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to "Check Order Status."
- Select "View Order Details." Tracking information will be available at the bottom of the page.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are processed the following business day.
During promotional events or holiday shopping periods, order processing and shipping times may be slightly longer than usual. We strive to minimize wait times and provide updates via email when necessary.
Can I cancel or change my order before it ships?
To ensure quick delivery, we process orders immediately upon receipt. Therefore, we cannot accept modifications or cancellations once an order has been submitted. If you discover an error after placing an order, please contact us via email as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you based on the order status.
My tracking information indicates that my order has been returned to the sender. What should I do?
If the tracking information indicates that your package was undeliverable and returned, we can resend the order to the same address or a new delivery address. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and we will arrange for reshipment or discuss other solutions.
My package was marked "delivered," but I can't find it.
If the courier status shows delivery, but you haven't received your package, please try the following steps:
- Check the courier's delivery notification (sometimes packages are left at the front desk, in your mailbox, or in a designated safe location);
- Ask your cohabiting neighbors if someone has received it;
- Check again the next day; in some cases, the carrier may have updated the status earlier;
- Contact the carrier's customer service with the tracking number to obtain delivery details. If the above steps still don't resolve your issue, please contact us via email and we'll assist you in communicating with the carrier.
